When we first develpoed an insurance program for paintball fields, we also had to help develop safety standards and materials for the industry. Because of eye injuries sustained in the sport of paintball, the insurance companies wanted to pull out. We worked to develop paintball safety netting and eventually an ASTM standard for it. We also worked to invent a safer alternative to the barrel plug and invented the barrel condom. We aren't just insurance agents, we are players too.
